After 90+ years of business in Bishop, CA they've added an outlet location in South Lake Tahoe featuring premium preservative-free jerky.
Back around 1922 a man known as Wally started the business of smoking hams and bacon with mountain mahogany logs for the local folks. The mahogany-smoked taste was an immediate success and thanks to the many tourists in this beautiful High Sierra country, the word spread. In the 1980's the mail order business was established so that our wonderful customers didn't have to wait for their annual trip to the High Sierra to stock up on delicious smoked meats and jerky.
